Grant Application

Eligibility Requirements

1. An organization must have a current 501©(3) Public Charity status defined by the Internal Revenue Code.
2. Each potential grantee must complete the Grant Application and provide all materials the Foundation requests. The Foundation will consider unsolicited requests, however all requests may not be invited to complete the Grant Application.
3. Upon receipt of the Grant Application the Foundation will review in an impartial manner based upon an evaluation of the project requested.
4. The Foundation primarily considers requests that serve local communities in and around the manufacturing plants of the family owned business, Stoughton Trailers, LLC.

Restrictions

1. Grants that go against the ethical beliefs of the Board of Directors.
2. The Foundation will not provide funds to lobby or influence public elections.
